I ranked Med-peds programs lower down, because I kept them as back up programs and not really interested in that field. Its too tedious to get certified in both medicine and pediatrics! I hope I will get matched in top 4 programs. I need visa- Hi or J1 is fine, 99/96/passed/79/no USCE/ no US LORS.

WVU and Marshall Univ, I ranked them low because they are med-peds programs and also because they are fully loaded with AMG's and I don't want to be alone for 4 years!
The reason why Sister's charity/univ of buffalo is ranked low is due to its Muslim domination in the program. The PD their is a Muslim and favors Muslim residents in the program. But, its a very good program with decent fellowship positions.
I been living in Chicago, so gave preference to Weiss memorial and West lake hospital, though the fellowship opportunities from there are close to nil. Chicago is a very beautiful city, so I might not get into fellowships but I will at least have good life for 3 years.
I hope to get matched within my top 4 programs. Got very good replies from all the top 4 programs in my list.
