Read CNS pharma in FA. Keep studying neuroanatomy from KLN. I also read respiratory system in RR.

I slept for 3 hours. It was very hot. Now, i did other 50 questions. They were very interesting. By the way, one of the question was about MI with angiographically NORMAL Coronary Arteries.  To answer this question correctly, you need to have in mind 3 differential diagnosis:
1.- Coronary Arterities
2.-.Coronary Vasospasm
3.- SLE ( Thrombus occurs due to hypercoagulable antiphospholipid antibodies syndrome)

Well, just learned from Kaplan Q bank about intrauterine mumps virus infection causing endocardial fibroelastosis in newborn, did you know about that ? Not me.

Didn t know that, i do now:
MINOXIDIL----------> HYPERGLYCEMIA
MINOXIDIL opens K ATP channels on vascular smooth muscle causing hyperpolarization and vasodilation. Opening K ATP channels on pancreatic beta cells causes hyperpolarization and calcium entry through voltage gated calcium channels. INSULIN secretion is then decreased in response to GLUCOSE

I did 105 immuno questions from Kaplan Qbank, 75 q (First Aid Q&A ,micro and immuno sections)

SOS, thanks for stopping by.Things are so far , so good. I plan to face the beast in July before i start my internship.
SOS, Is it more difficult to get a passing score in july since US students are giving exam at the same period?

It was not a perfect day, i did few questions.

I did a good job. Genetics and biochem questions are done. (from Kaplan Qbank and FA Q&A)
I also want to finish FA second reading this month.
