Decide according to the feedback you received during the interview and your gut feeling. Don't decide based on other people's opinions, because it is your call. The most important thing is that you feel good about the program.

I have been to NOLA and found this program to be a decent one, worth ranking

My gut feeling about this program is that it is good thus feel confident in ranking it. I just don't know how it compares against university programs and how good the fellowship opportunities would be coming from this program, whether it be Nephro, Pulmonary/CC, Cards, GI.. etc.
Anyways, any feedback about this program and even how it compares to Tulane or LSU being that they are both in New Orleans too would greatly help!!
