I was there, and I think it is a decent program, and the decition about the position of ROL depends of your expectations and what other programs you have in your list. About the controversial thing, they are aware of that and my guess is that they are working hard to fix it; so I would not take it on consideration.This is my personal evaluation:
Pros: Happy residents, Harvard diploma and network, Nice people
Cons: VA based, J1 visa, Community program afiliated to university
