Its A.

stasis dematitis is commonly located around the ankles and is deep venous insufficency with a backup of blood into vessels around ankles,which rupture and deposits HEMOSIDERIN in subcutenous tissue.

Increased melanin in epidermis is ass. with

1.hemochromatoasis,where iron causes melanin depostion in basal cell layer

2. peutz-jeghers syndrome,which is AD polyposis with inc oral pigmentation and hamartomatous polys in small/large bowel.

3. nevocellular nevi,composed of melanocytes

4.addison dis,destruction of adrenal gland-->hypocortisolism-->stimulus for inc. ACTH--> melanocytes
