I am in the uk currently but will be back in india by may

can i apply for the h1 visa at the chennai consulate eventhogh i have lived in the uk for 5 yrs

nedd help in this amtter

If you lived in UK on temporary visa and not permanent residence, then you are still indian resident.. So you have to/ should visit US consulate in India for your visa..
