thank you dr.ruman for your support. how is your study going so far?
2/25/08 yestrday i did 2 blocks of uw i am happy my score is coming up
and i did read some chapters pediatrics from boards and wards very informative .
i am half way uw .still i have to work hard.i have still to work on management regarding principal investigations and what comes next .i am working on my difficult points.
all in all my day was alittle hard  as i am trying to work on verification of my documents ,trying to solve that too which is not in my hand.
my plan for today same as yestrday 2 blocks from uw and some chapters from boards and wards.
my journal i will work hard and come back to you with good news about my progress and other matters.

my progress is not good so far,dealing my medical problems ,need prayers but trying to study as much as feasible
i have question,how good boards and wards for review,is it like kaplan or better

BnW is good but the catch is that it is very concise and accurate so you have to remember each and every sentence which is indeed a difficult task

regarding your question about boards and wards.yes it is very short but it is a very nice tool for last revision to focus on what you should know for the exam.

how did it go yestrday?
well,it was good because i did whst i promsed,2 blocks uw and some chapters from boards and wards but,i am not happy about my score still 56%and57%
i have to work hard on im ,read more because the exam will contain many questions from im.
my plan for today is i will try to do 3 blocks from uw
read some chapters from boards .finished pediatrics and i am reading for today the family medicine part
i will see if i can do my best on my score and understanding the material
still i have problem to figure out the most relevant investigation for a certain
patient.
i know i have to get it right i will work hard to achive that goal
so my journal  dont be maaaaaaaad at me i will make it: and you will be proud of me

hi my journal , came back to you to tell you what i have done yestrday
i did 2 blocks of uw pediatrics my score not bad but still i need to improve .Also continued reading boards family medicine it was good gives me un idea where to focus more.
my plan for today -- i will try to finish uw pediatrics part
read from boards
meditate on what i red so far
still i have to work on management .when i do the questions i can right away tell the diagnosis but when it comes to what investigation comes first i have a problem,spically the CT,MRI,Echo,esophogoscopy,endoscopy and so on
so i have to work on this things really hard.

today first day the week
friday was a productive day for me i did 3 blocks fromuw and was able to finish pediatrics and i am on gyne/ obs
gyne/obs is fine but i have problem i obs part of it "management of high risk pregnancy" i will try to work hard on that,it is a must
in my reading boards and wards finished family medicine and reading pscychiatry
not bad but needs to grasp it all.
my plan for today i will try to finish gyne/obs
continue to read from boards and wards .still trying to improve on the management part.

good morning my journal
Today no school for my kids due to the bad weather ,so they will keep me  intertained and i have to study .I will see what today looks like,i will tell you how
regarding my day whe i come back.
Talking about yestrday ,i did finish Gyne/obs , it was a little hard as always the management part.I started Surgery not bad i did a block from surgery
then what is left will be Psy.
Grade still 56 and 57% i am not happy about it .since i have a month and some days left for UW Q bank i will read it again and i will try to improve and be confident.
i didn't read boards and wards yestrday
Todays plan is finish surgery and i will try to start Psy
still i have problem in management i am trying to read more it is a must i have to br Gooooooooood at it ,Since Ck is all about what do you do next
so this is for today.

about yestrday i did 2 blocks from uw .Was ablle to finish surgery ,not bad at all
today i did 2 blocks of psy i am doing the third on now i think i am going to finish that ,meaning first read of uw.
today i dont think to read boards
my plan for tomorrow is start uw to work on my marked ones .This time i am planning to write my own flash cards spically management part so that i can have a better repeated revision. So far this my plan.

my journal here i come again
yestrday as i said started my second read in uw it is good since i am doing it the second time marked ones,even though i marked areas i was weak so i am fighting to grasp it.
My other plan was to prepare my own cards so that i can see it in my last trying to include difficult areas spically managemant.
also started reading my notes but i think i am going to keep that for my final revision and now i am going to combine Kaplan notes and uw.
my plan for today is to do my uw revision
