Hi
I am an IMG tried for 2 years through CaRMS but with no success. Now I applied in USA match and wanted to issue Statement of need from Canadian Health. There are 2 important points we need to gather information about, to facilitate the process:
1- How to write the action plan. If there are a sample formats we could use or someone could provide in Family medicine and for speciality?
2-How could you send a confirmed document state that your program in USA is ACGE accredited( is it a letter head from the PD or a web page?
any input will speed up the process and help the fellow IMG want to get Statement of Need from Canada.
