Being nervous and blanking out can screw up the whole performance no matter how well you were prepared. Can you share some of your HOW TOs deal with the anxiety during the exam. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

I wrote mnemonics for each case before entering the room, that made me feel secure. Before the first case, I was having a lot of tachycardia, so I started singing the song "Breathe" in my head, and trying to "breathe, just breath", it helped a lot.

a lot depends on the personality,
but what worked for me , was that I toook them
as my actual patients ( in that case we are interacting
and I am, helping them , and not trying to impress em')

@puchpal: Thanks for this tip.

How do you ignore the camera and the proctor watching you?

I used the the time I was writting the patient note to really relax since there was no patient sticking out tongue

You ignore everything if you really focus on the patient. I didn't see a single camera! The proctor holding up a paper before the beginning of the test like a flag in a car race freaked me out, though.
