I wrote mnemonics for each case before entering the room, that made me feel secure. Before the first case, I was having a lot of tachycardia, so I started singing the song "Breathe" in my head, and trying to "breathe, just breath", it helped a lot.

a lot depends on the personality, but what worked for me , was that I toook them as my actual patients ( in that case we are interacting and I am, helping them , and not trying to impress em')

I used the the time I was writting the patient note to really relax since there was no patient

You ignore everything if you really focus on the patient. I didn't see a single camera! The proctor holding up a paper before the beginning of the test like a flag in a car race freaked me out, though.
