hii all
Im applying for PTAL ...need some guidance plzz...
In the instructions one of the requirements is :
" Official examination scores of USMLE Step 1 and Step 2(CK) mailed directly from the reporting agency "
my question is :
What is our reporting agency ? ECFMG OR FSMB ??
Who should we contact to send the transcripts to the Medical Board of California for PTAL ??? and what is the procedure ??
if someone has been thru the experience then please help me out...

FSMB is responsible for sending score report to California board

This is the website to request that. It's quicker to do it online. That's how I did mine. It takes only 4-7 working days for processing. The fee is 50 USD. Hope that helps.
