IS pulmonary hypertension is a contraindication for all surgeries? what about Mitral Stenosis?

  #2

Neither mitral valve stenosis nor pulmonary hypertension are absolute contraindications for surgery.
A severe aortic stenosis (pressure gradient >50mmHg, flow velocity > 4.5m/s, opening area < 0.75cm^2) is a contraindication for elective surgery, they need valve replacement first.
