HOw improtant is the name of recommender or the name of the hopital that you do your USCE in?

I know it's a good idea to do USCE in the hospital uouy wish ti apply for but i general, is USCE just a requirement to complete or the name of the hospital is concidered!

I think the best benefit of USCE is that the program where u do it mite wanna take u...so I would say getting it from place like say Harvard would be less useful than from a place where u think u mite get in. And the recommendation and content of lor does matter, not to say dt u cant get a gud lor from a big place. Smetimes u can use the connections of the person who writes u an lor. I would not say it is just a requirement. If a big shot gives u a gud reco, nothing like it! This is just my opinion!

angel^Doctor.It really depends on your scores and who you know and how long you are out of medical school.If you are just out of med school, have excellent scores and know the PDs ,you are in.That much I am sure of.

angel^Doctor.I meant to say that aim for 99s,start as early as possible after graduation (most programs want you to be less than 5 years from graduation) and the most important is to have connections.If you know somebody who knows the program director you are in.In reality references work more in US than anywhere else.
