One of my friends watched it and he found it pretty good as well... ('cept for the fact that he watched it in Hindi :rolleyes .... LOL 
I've got my step 1 on the 29th.. guess i'll go for it after that...

and yes.. suppressed the desire to watch The Dark Knight.. CK on 25 august.
I messed up the plans for this year..
I had one whole year and I still messed the timeline

By the way did you get reply to your email for postponement.They said they would not postpone. But the date when it will be changed is from aug 14th.

'cos if it actually is 14th Aug and if anyone taking the test before that will get the results on time, then I guess Milee should consider it..

i am an FMG who planning to apply to california. My internship training have deficiencies as per the PTAL requirements. I have 2 wks training in peadiatrics and none for psyche. How can I make up this defiency? Does it have to be done at my medical school only?? Can it be done at any hospital or another medical school in India?

THERE ARE ONLY FIVE DATES IN AUGUST in all 5 centres around me, in every center.. and none before 14 august.
also, i am just beginning.. about 200 pages of first read done so far..
even 25 august is a risk

@ mukho, motorolo or any senior who passed through match process..
need little guidence from you people.
i scheduled my step 3 in 20-22 sept,2008..i plan to come usa by 15 sept...
i'll get max stay for 6 moths ie. 14 march 2009..my q is that do we have to stay till match day ie. on march 19,2009?
if i come to usa on sept as mentioned above i wont be able to stay till match day..what u suggest shall i reschedule my plan and make some delay in step 3..or shall i come according to my plan ie. sep15, 2008? lets think worse -what if i dont match then shall i able to participate in post match scramble by staying in India or staying in Usa is preferable? how the residency contract sh'd be signed? shall we need to go persoanlly to hospital and how the visa is managed once we match?

There's no need for you to stay till match day, so don't change ur step 3 date,
Suppose if u prematch then there's absoultely no need!!!

i didnt stay till match. many dont. but one of my friends didnt match and had to do the post match scramble. I was with him for the scramble. I feel it is near impossible to get a position thru scramble if you are not in the US. This however should not probably change your Step3 plans as the probability that you dont match is low (especially with step3 done so well in time though i dont know rest of your creds. i might be able to advice better if u post them here.). if u dont match...there is hardly any guarantee that u will get thru the scramble even if u r in the USA. in summary i would say stick to ur plan if ur creds are decent.
mukho would be a good person to advice on this but i m sure she is extremely busy as a PL2 !
