A 3 yr girl is following by her pediatrician bc of delays in meeting in motormilestones such as sitting standing and walking. she has wadding gait and difficulty with stairs. she has muscle weakness in her legs. creatine kinase is 100 times the normal. a muscle biopsy ordered and immunohistochemistry shows the presence of normal amount of dystrophin..the most probable diagonose for this child is..

A.Congenital muscle dystrophy
B.Duchene muscular dystrophy
C.Limb -griddle muscular dystrophy
D.Myasynthia gravis
E.Spinal Muscular Atrophy

Process of elimination leaves choice C. But I believe it's Limb-Girdle muscular dystrophy.

ya answer is C..nodbut i never heard of limb griddle muscular Dystrophy
