I have heen reading this forum since last year .It helped me a lot.I took my exam today and just came now.I thought its better to post my exam experience now .I am not sure how i did it.But I would say that exam is all horses and no zebras.There were few questions from the USMLE practise CD.It was almost 50 percent internal medicine, rest is all other subjects with equal distibution.I had 2 audio visual .I guessed the answer from clinical scenario rather than from hearing the murmur.Few ECG but they were easy.I would say if your score in USMLE world and Kaplan Qbank are good your score in actual exam will also be good.For me thefirst few blocks were ok.By the last block i was exhausted.I was rushing through it and not sure how i did it.Now that my exam is over i would like to thank God for giving me the stamina to finish this exam,my family and to this forum.I have my Step 2 CS on March 19.So have to start studying soon.All the Best .I will post my score when i get it.
