it means that the themes of delusions (unrealistic thoughts) are matched with the emotional state,, ej a depressive delusional person can think she or he is the worst , deserve to be killed etc,,even is succesful ,,,
maniac delusions are most common, normally related with omnipotence feelings and beliefs
