45 year old woman, feet feel hot, skin of her feet pink, dry and hot, fibers disrupted

"postganglionic sympathetic"

can someone explain this to me?

  #2

female feels hot because of decreased sweating
sweat glands are supplied by post ganglionic sympathetic but substance released is ACh...so on giving anticholinergics there is dry hot skin
