sackatdoc: it is indeed theatrical and this is part of the fun! The important thing is to say your lines to the other actor looking into his eyes and really pretending the problem is there and you are concerned about it. I wouldn't stress over it...

so i should keep going on the way i'm going&let my people say they are are not convinced,this whole fake doctor patient thing is making me have doubts if i'm doing things correctly

sackatdoc, if you have Skype, I can do a case with you and give you my opinion. But I don't think one loses points for sounding fake. Everything in this test is fake.

Hi Arlete.
I just took my test.
I wanted to know....Did you touch each patient to show empathy?
I gave empathy but as and when needed in some verbally showed empathy in others facially ... That's how I naturally do it. I wonder if they felt I cared for their situation?

No, I didn't touch anybody to show empathy. I shook hands and did the PE, but didn't touch them at any other situation. My personal impression is that (very differently from Brazilians) Americans value their personal space and don't like to be all touchy-touchy if not extremely necessary. I put more emphasis in the eye contact.

even i did that way, coz i have experiences or two with this before, some just dont like too be touched, and those who dont mind, wont mind the ommission as well as they are cool people and it stands safe not to do to anybody---my theory

Hi, success... Forget the OASIS trick. It was used during the time we were receiving the pass/fail through regular mail, it makes no sense at all now that we receive the result online.

sackatdoc: between the time the letter was posted and the day it reached you, if you tried to reapply for the test, you would see a red screen saying "you can't apply because you already passed this test", so it was a good trick. But now they post the result at the same time you read it.

Thanks Arlete. Okay so if i tried to reapply now what would happen? Would it say sorry can't; you've already taken the test? Or would it let you reapply?
