54 year old woman, diabetes mellitus, swelling in her left knee, low dose ibuprofen results in incomplete relief, which explains why a larger dose is more approriate? answer: anti-inflammatory dose is nearly twice the analgesic dose is that true?

yes because this person might have some inflammation of his joint secondary to infection or something due to immunosupressoin due to DM,,,,,,,,,,so we need a drug that is antiinflammatory too....and in general for NSAIDS anti inflammatory dose is always greater than analgesic dose.....
