Hi! I am a Canadian permanent resident and have traveled to US twice for family visit, so I guess I won't have much problem in getting visa. Now, I want to apply for visa to take CS but I am puzzled whether I should mention to the officer that my trip is for CS exam (and present the documents), or I should just say that I want to go for visit.
My concern is that when I say that I am in the process of applying for residency they become sensitive and reject me later when I want to go back for observership/externship.
On the other hand if I don't mention it now, won't they question me later (when applying for interviews) , why I hadn't mentioned it before?

I really appreciate if you help me with your suggestions.
