Count me in lads..... Belgian IMG Grad 2005 2 years of IM ( ongoing residency) in Belgium since 2007, PhD student in Belgium LOR from former US fellows now working in belgium Step I : 99 Step II: 98 CS: Pass need visa Pub: 2 as first autor, 2 other pending Want IM and Nephro later ( I'm in nephro in Belgium) Any idea if i have good chances ? want only university hospitals

HII FRIENDS.....its so scary to see all of you with great credentials....first of all i have a doubt...is the date we got the degree certificate the graduation date? i wanted to get into 2009match... i am a indian medical graduate, with green card...done step1,low score(below 80)...shameful compared to all great 99r's.....,waiting ck result...cs in sep. have got us LOR'S....do you guys think i have any chance if i apply.I HINK I WILL BE CERTIFIED only by end of nov. please dont get mad at me?i know lot of people have already asked these questions....pls reply if you dont mind....just scared...thanks in advance and appreciate any response. GOOD LUCK TO all getting into 2009 match.

Yes, graduation date is the date you got your medical diploma. I don't think anybody can comment on your chances - having a greencard is a plus. Good luck for your CK score. Look up specific program criteria before applying to programs. All the best drcully.

Hi, good to see you all here! Count me in for the Match 2009! 2007 grad from Germany Step 1: 97 Step 2: 99 CS: taken have greencard no USCE, no US LoR applying for IM I wish everybody good luck in achieving their goals! We all deserve it!

Hey everyone!!! I was always a silent reader of this forum. Really helped me out for Step 1. I am going for this years match also. 2007 grad from India 99/99/pass US citizen applying for pediatrics And as you can see, I am a big DragonBall Z fan.

hi friends and seniors .... needed some advice.. I am an IMG with step 1:99, step 2:99, but i flunked my CS once and passed it the next time...... hav done 2 months of observership and 3 mnths of bench research..with 2-3 US LORs many programs do not specify CS passing in first attempt in their requirements... they specify step 1 and 2 in first attempt....how should i get to knw about CS?

Hi friends, count me in... Pakistani IMG Step 1 : 99, Step 2 CK Sep 3! CS not given. I had a question. Does it make a diffrence if one doesnt apply on Sep 2? My exam is on Sep 3 and so I would be applying to programs after that! Is it worthwile taking time out before that to prepare my list? or could I do that in the week following my exam? Plz advise! Thanx!

count me in too....IMG.....poor scores..79/84/cs passed all first attempt.....5 years since graduation.....no USCE....will start observership in pathology next month...and will star preparing for step 3 next month also......green card......interested in pathology and family medicine....what u guys think can i do it.

Here is another 2009 applicant!! IMG 2006 graduate......step 1 81.....ck 92 .......cs pass ...... all in first attempt!!! No Usce, need visa..... any chances of getting in to IM?? Losing hope in this heavy competetion!!

Hi all! I am an IMG from India currently on L2 VISA( EAD Status) which expires in 2011. I want to know if i can apply in programs that do not sponsor nay kind of visa. Also in the expected visa column in the CAF can i select H1b and JI VISA. Im thoroughly confused..If any body can throw some light on this i would be very thankful..
