Hey we can start learning a thing or two from this guys in 2008.
Also try to be a team player, 2008 is almost finish and 2009 is basicly couple of moths away.
You can put credentials if you want and see what can we do to elevated our chances and help each other.
Some people at this stage see the others as competition, but if wee help each other the chance f getting the SWEET residency spot will be higher.
And this are the specialties I will apply to:
1-Ophtlamology
2-Internal Mediicne
3-Family Medicine
4-Psychiatry
5- WHAT EVER IF THEY GIVE THE CHANCE
Any were they want me, I will do the years and specialty.

step 2 99 cs scheduled ..

ple some suggest me, is it a good idea to go for couple match or not..

thank you so much for the help

GL to u all

couples match is always more difficult, it deppend on how competitive your CV is ... not only your scores matter. If you dont find your self being very competitive in other aspects I would apply independently.
PLUS she is your girlfriend, NOT your wife... you may want to go elsewhere and be bound to a less desirable place for someone that may not be parmanent

thank you Anamgarcia. right now she is my girlfriend but we are planning to get married soon, so we would definitely like to be placed in same hospital.. ok lets see how it works out, thanks again for u r response.

Please, can someone help me? I'll explain my situation...
I'm a spanish doctor who is doing his residency in ophthalmology in Spain,... last year I met someone who changed my live, she is an american girl... now I start studying for the usmle exams and I'm going to pass these exams this year.
If I want to apply for ophthalmology in the US I must pass the exams before september? ( I read that for applying for ophthalmology you must apply during the early matching, that is between october-december) or I can pass the exams before december and then apply?
Thanks
