ALSO remember the exam want to see if you can apply basic concepts to the clinical aspects of medicine.
So for example not a test question just something I just made up, if I ask you what will happend to your neurotansmitters if you see youe wife kissing another women? Another one could be a man that hs been constipated now is not because he is having a high fiber diet and drinking water, which neurotransmitter would give him pleasure when he defecates?
normal stuff and pathology stuff in a basic science point of view.
