OK my experience so far... Pediatrics: He reads the notes, useful only when he is showing some X rays, erythema pictures, imitates coughs (croup etc). Better watch the DVD following the notes Psychiatry: She is amazing. She also follows the notes but she describes each disorder in a very good way. After listening to the DVDs once I scored 60% in UW. Better watch the DVD following the notes. OB: He reads the notes and does some extra tables (which I didn't find very useful). Better study the notes. IM:They don't follow the notes Endocrinology: I found him boring...it took me 3 days for just 5h lectures. Not enough material. He didn't explain adrenal glands and bone disorders (HY qs). Better skip the DVDs and study Endo pathophysiology and nosology from a textbook GI, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Emergency medicine: He follows the notes. Make your own notes too (found it very useful - typing in a word file while listening to DVDs).Better watch the DVD and type your own notes Electrolytes:-Nephrology: He is very good. He doesn't follow the notes. Better watch the DVD and type your own notes Neurology: Same as above Cardiology, Hematology: Dr. Conrad Fischer. Respect. This guy is amazing.Better watch the DVD and type your own notes Dermatology: totally useless DVD. good luck!
