what if abused women will come to office with husband,how politly let him know,that i need to talk to his wife in private?

Ask permission from ur patient---is that okayfor u if your husband can wait outside for you.
if she says yes..then talk to her husband,,,Mr....I need to focus on your wife's health ,if u can wait outside for a while,,then i will invite you inside if i need your help.Hope u will co-operate with me...thanks.
