:idea: cause of endocarditis in a man with urological instrumentation / on urinary cath ....?

:idea: in a man who had tooth extration/ dental procedure...?

:idea: an IV drug abuser ..?

tooth extraction= strep viridans?
I/V drug abuser= Hep C

as for bacteroides fragilis,it spreads to cause infection following a GI surgery or rupture of appendix.normally found only in GIT,and may spread following GI manipulation.
