what is the functional difference between the two .topisomerase i know does negative supercoiling and what about topoisomerase1.
what events happen in 5' -3' direction .list all the events and also for 3'-5'direction.
e.g dna is synthesized in 5'-3' ,rna primer is removed in this direction ,.i think proofreading happens in 3'-5' what else happens in 3-5'direction
