Hi my score is 220/91 after 3 months of studying. I know its not a good score. What are my chances in the future? What should i do compulsarily to secure a residency?

dear truedoc. it isnt a bad score. Most of the people in US and canada get 218-223 you are in the median range. Now you should better start searching for some US clinical experience or research for securing and making your CV better
