Why do we want to give negative ionotropy by administring drugs like berta blockers and disopyramide to treat neurocardiogenic syncope...isnt the contractility already low in these patients?

it's not about inotropic conditions, it's about chronotropic imbalance. Sometimes the patient has excessive parasympatetic response to the sympatetic nervous system actions. You balance one in order to solve the other.
