You have to submit your Dean's Letter only to ERAS if all programs you're applying to are participating in ERAS. They will download the scanned document from ERAS directly. For other programs not participating in ERAS you should contact them by email or phone and ask them directly.

I have a question for all IMGs regarding with this Dean's Letter now so called "Medical Student Performance Evaluation" (MSPE). My medical school does not provide such document. In the Transcript itself all details about the student evaluation are included, such as final scores avarage, length of program, date of starting and finishing studies, sanctions or irregularities, failures and passes, etc. I'm also aware of the fact that ECFMG inserts a neutral page in lieu of the Dean's letter for IMGs in case we cannot provide one. On the other hand, most programs if not all of them require a Dean's Letter. Now, is that neutral letter included by ECFMG on our ERAS application enough as a substitute for a demanded Dean's Letter?? Can that Dean's Letter be waived as a requirement for IMGs? For those who are IMGs, how many of you could get a Dean's Letter or MSPE?
