do we have to explain each and everything to sp during physical exam?
i mean for rs
mr.klein i will now exam your chest.is that ok with you?
then do we have to speak-
i am inspecting your chest-no abnormalities found..
so do we have to say abt what we find on exam or just perform it?

Say "now I am going to do this", "now I am going to do that". It's like a warning, and the SP will remember better that you did it when answering the sheet, because you highlighted it. You don't have to say what you found. And don't say any medical jargon, for example "no cyanosis...", the SP may ask what you are talking about and you are going to waste time explaining.

okay..
so it goes like this
mr.klein now i am going to inspect your chest.
then wl do inspection
later now mr.klein now i would like to palpate your chest
so we have to mention only inspection palpation tapping[percussion] and hearing[auscultation] in our sentences...

and we dnt hv to touch the clipboard to write anythng till we finish the physical examinatin right?
otherwise sp may say doctor wash your hands again...
m i correct arlete?

Yes. You should be able to do the entire PE without interruption to take notes.
