I m planning to sit for Step 3 in the end of August.
My CS result would only be available by August 3 the earliest.
If I apply after I got ECFMG certificate, can I get the date as early as end of August?
If not, what can be the approximate earliest date?
Please advice me how to make the process as quick as possible (if I can't change my CS date)

Hi , no idea re much as self, but have frd cannot get st 3 going cause certificate process involve back home school verification etc. even then , home side ok , done, still ECFMG side take longer too to get us certified , so that takes time , even thou that frd had all st 1, 2, CS result out long ago , than 1st back home wait, then ECFMG processing wait .
So play safe for st 3 date , u can still apply on Sept 1 for match , without st 3 by time, make sure ECFMG certificate on time so u can apply st 3 .

i had applied the day my ECFMG cert notification came by email on 12th oct ( u need the date, and its there on the email so u dont have to wait till u get the hard copy) got my step id form notarised the next day and had my scheduling permit in 10 days...then getting dates was a bit dicey and took dates at 19th nov...so that was my timeline
