what is the difference between LCP and OSTEONECROSIS in case of SLE,sickle cell dis,HIV,Cissons dis ? is there any difference in management of these cases ?

LCP stands for legg-calve-perthes.

let me put it this way:

Osteochondroses are the lesions that may affect a variety of bones

its like an umbrella and LCP is avascular necrosis of proximal femur smiling face

the management is SAME as both are same thing smiling face
