B HCG values to determine pregnancy, next step -TVS
values more than 1500 usually corelate with inte uterine pregnancy. if values high but no gsac visualised then repeat b HCG values in 24 hrs to see if it increases, if not think ectopic and look for it if not already visualised on TV

I agree with dr_arc, this is a good approach , also very high BHCG may indicate mole.if low HCG check it every 48 Hours .
God bless , Good luck

The approach will be to call her again in your office in another 4 days and do BHCG again. It will give us a more clearer picture.

i c we better trace the levels of hCG.. normally the hCG begin to rise 10 d after fertilization (14d b4 the first day of the expected cycle, which is now missing) this means that if this is a normal preg, hCG is about 4 d circulating in the blood....so we have to give it a chance to be recorded.. if still indetermined... a TVUS should be done
