phyical exam;
opthalmoscopy,bruit,distal pulses,heart n lung auscultation,sesory , motor exm,spinal exam plus straight leg raise test,calf exam for tenderness plus homan sign,
need to perform genital n rectal exam.

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS;
peripheral arterial s
thrombangitis obliterans
leiriches synd
diabetes
lumar spine stenosis
rediculopathy due to spinal ds
DVT[rare]
statin induced.
trauma.
