Ofcourse you have a chance! Never lose hope. I have seen 5 and 5 attempts on Step 1 and Step 2, and the person got into a residency which he was happy with. I have seen a person with 8 attempts on Step 1 get into an IM residency of her choice, and others with a double 75 do well with getting interviews as well.
My only suggestion before you apply is to call programs you are interested in and find out their criteria in terms of # of attempts, grad date, scores, etc... ONLY apply to the programs which are willing to give your resume a shot, otherwise it will be a waste of money and time for you. Good luck!!
