1 x 8 and 2 x 4
MHC classI is associated with CD8 T cell
MHC classII is associated with CD4 T cell

1 x 4 and 2 x 2
Type1 IDDM is hypersensitivity type4
Type2 NIDDM is hypersensity type2 (noncytotoxic)

This might not be a mnemonic for mjl1717.
(BTW, it's not pneumonic, mjl1717.)
But works for me. It might benefit someone. Lemme post.

This might work for some one who is using First Aid and wants to memorize all the exotoxins listed on pg 132. Here it goes...Have you ever heard that if someone gets bit by a cobra you should suck the venom out? Did you know one of the effects of being bit by a cobra is blindness(actually true)?

"Some Say Cobra Venom Entering the Buttocks Could Cause Complete Blindness So Suck!"

S. aureus, S pyogenes, Corneybacterium diptheria, Vibrio cholera, E. coli, Bordetella pertussis, C. perfringens, C. tetani, C. botulinum, B. anthracis, Shigella, S. pyogenes.

NOTE:They are organized by category as well:

S. aureus and S.pyogenes -----Superantigens

Corneybacterium diptheria, Vibrio Cholera, E. coli, B. pertusis----ADP ribosylation/A-B toxin

C.perfringens, C. tetani, C. botulinum, B.antrhacis, Shigella, S. pyogenes----other toxins

here is something for chemoattractants.

phagocytic cells are in blood vessels which is like street of city. now they want to go in tissues which is like forest and it is dark. so somebody suggested phagocytic cells if u want to go

Before(B4) u need to See five (C5a) clearly In Light(IL8)

so it is B4, C5a, IL8

Here's a couple:

For Ig's:

"Pepsi Can"

If you treat an Ig with Pepsin it can still agglutinate.

Gene rearrangement for heavy chain production:

At a party, first you meet the DJ, then you get the VD.

D-J gene joining comes first, then V-DJ joining and at the end VDJ-C
