33 year old patient whose father died of colon cancer at the age of 45.
When do you start screening with colonoscopy?
NOW -at 33
OR -at 40? 35?

Rule is to start at 40 or 10 years before the diagnosis of Colon cancer in a first degree relative, but what if the question doesn't say an age of diagnosis? it only says the age of death by colon cancer?

At 35
We have to choose whatever is earlier though we don't know the age at diagnosis.
