Kalyann wrote: Its sleeping time here in India. Dedicated the last one month to send my love for MS in USA . The Visa preps, The Money arrangements , The Travel Plans and all the hype of going to US singly. I am felt completely lost the moment she checked in to the Hyd Airport . I felt a heavy sinking feeling inside immediately as i drove my car from the parking lot. I came to realise it was my hearts cry to be with her which came out thru my eyes the moment i was alone after dropping her parents at their home and i was heading back to my place. Feeling lost and hollow inside since last 10 days as she isnt around. Its the same sunken daily feeeling i get daily when i wake up to realise she is on the other side of the globe ..... and i am not beside her.... and i wont be able to see her in person today..... Trust me it hurts big timeeeeeeeee. Woooooooahhhhhh man.... I now realise why ppl go crazy when they miss their loved ones.....cos i am going nuts.....without my love in my arms.... BTW, Everything is finalised now for her to study nicely withot any thing to worry about. Housing, Fees, Phone, CC , Laptop etc etc. Hmmm all i gotta do now is write these exams and reach my love ASAP. As usual like any humane person does, I looked back to see how i could not allot time to complete this step but then realised that i spent every moment ( other than with the books ) with my love...and we enjoyed whole lots of good times together...the movies...the restorans....the drives.....the late night ice cream treats.....the daily purposeful and purposeless meets.....the shopping sprees.....the sweet kisses and warm hugs.............ooooooooooooooooh i realli miss her Truly madly deeply.............Now I feel i enjoyed my past one year fully engrossed in loving her....keeping her happy with innumerable surprises.....and apart from all this....just being with my love makes me spend eras like minutes........I am glad i did that and not repent tooo much on wasted time and all that i didnt dedicate to studies...Ofcourse i had instances where i felt i should have done a better job in completing this step 1 a lot early...but then........NOTHING...literalli nothing can give me as much Happyness as those times with her...... so nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww There is all the more reason to complete this Step 1 as successfully and as jaldi ( hindi for soon ) as possible. I need to seee her in person ASAP I need to see her everyday of my life I need to be with her ASAP All this means is that : I need to be serious abt USMLE now. All my focus is on USMLE STEP 1 now. I mean.....ALL my FOCUS..................ALLLLL my focus.............. Lets take this down buddies............... So from tomorrow with mixed feelings of satisfaction and sadness..... I shall RESUME my game.......... And i will win it not the ordinary way.........but in a spectacular way...................... Here i come sweetu.............Just a matter of 2 months time.... in which i need to write my step 1 and wait for results to come to appear for the CS visa interview... I will put in my best everyday to get nearer to you till i am just a hug away from u.... Here i come......... how romanticcccccccccc kalyan,i wish i had soemone like u as well ,love is beautiful if we find right person..god bless ya both wish u goodluck

Michael Phelps - 5 Secrets of Success As I'm sure you already know, on Sunday August 17th 2008, Michael Phelps achieved one of the greatest sporting records of all time by winning an incredible 8 gold medals in a single Olympic games. Michael's performance was seen by millions of people around the world and we can all learn a great deal about achieving our own goals by analyzing his accomplishment. Here then, are five secrets of success that helped Michael Phelps to transform his dreams into reality. Secret #1: Think BIG The first step in Michael Phelps journey was to make the decision to pursue a dream that many people considered impossible. Instead of thinking negative thoughts and limiting his potential, Michael allowed himself to think big. "If you dream as big as you can dream, anything is possible." - Michael Phelps Your Turn: In order to discover your real goals, let your imagination run free to dream as big as you can dream. Resist the temptation to limit yourself with negative thoughts. It is only by freeing your imagination that you can discover what it is that you really want from life. Secret #2: Break it Down Having identified his ultimate goal, Michael and his coach created a series of short term goals that would eventually lead him to his ultimate objective. In between the Olympics came the National championships, the Pan Pacific championships and the World championships. Each race of each event was a carefully planned stepping stone that would eventually lead Michael to achieve his ultimate goal of becoming the most successful Olympian of all time. Your Turn: After identifying your long term goal, take some time to break it down into a series of achievable short term goals. As you move forward, focus on achieving your short term goals one step at a time. Secret #3: Use the Power of Visualization One of the most powerful techniques used by elite athletes to achieve their goals is to visualize themselves succeeding each and every day. In his book 'Beneath the Surface', Michael Phelps writes, "When I'm about to fall asleep, I visualize to the point that I know exactly what I want to do: dive, glide, stroke, flip, reach the wall, hit the split time to the hundredth, then swim back again for as many times as I need to finish the race". Your Turn: Visualizing your goals before you sleep is a great way to program your subconscious mind. The more you visualize your dreams as a reality, the more motivated and determined you will become. Secret #4: Put in the Hard Work No matter how naturally talented Michael Phelps may be, the main reason he achieved his goals was because he was prepared to put in the thousands of hours of grueling hard work necessary to compete at the highest level. According to Michael, "In the four years between the Athens and Sydney Olympics I probably took four or five days off and none of those were holidays" Your Turn: Be prepared to put in the hard work required to transform your dreams into reality. There really is no such thing as getting something for nothing. In order to make your dreams a reality you will have to work hard. Secret #5: Monitor Your Performance Metrics Every elite athlete understands the importance of using metrics to monitor their performance and progress. Michael's coach Bob Bowman constantly monitors and reviews Michael's split times down to the hundredth of a second. This provides them both with tangible evidence of how Michael is progressing towards achieving his goals. Your Turn: As you work towards your goals, figure out your own key metrics. For example, if you are studying, record how many hours of productive work you do each day. Or if you are building a business, record how many potential customers you contact each week. Whatever your goal may be, you will get there faster by recording and constantly improving your performance metrics. While you may not be pursuing an Olympic gold medal, always remember that your life goals are just as important. I’d like to encourage you today to use some of the same techniques Michael Phelps used to achieve his goals. If you can (1) Think BIG (2) Break it down (3) Utilize the power of visualization (4) Work hard and (5) Monitor your performance metrics you too can conquer the challenges that stand in your way and make your dreams a reality.

KAL HOW R U SO LONG ??? WELL I HAVE A Q FOR U PLS ANSWER delta G V-W= -4.0 W - X= .4 X- Y= -3.4 Y- Z = 5.7 FRM THE GIVEN DELTA G VALUE IF THE REACTION PROCEEDS FRM V TO W TO X TO Y TO Z . WHICH SUBSTANCE WILL COLLECT IN MAX AMOUNT IN EQUILIBRIUM ? a. V b.W c.Y d.Z pls answer with explanation pls ? iTHIS IS MY THINKING frm V to W =-4 then frm W to X is .4 so it is spomtaneous and again X to Y is _3.4 so well spontaneous but total energy expended is -4+.4_3.4 = -7 so the nest reaction ie frm Y to z should also occur spontaneously as enough energy is ether ie -7 +5.7= 1.3 SO ANS SHOULD BE Z , BUT IT SI NOT
