Are these forms L2 and L5 required to be sent by medical college or can we collect from medical college and send them personally along with the other forms(L1A-L1E) plz do reply... thanks a lotttt

one thing more....my school has filled my form L2 and L5 in number of hours... not weeks....is this ok.....??
