If you are looking for a good and serious partner, I suggest someone who currently studies at UCSF library. He cannot drive outside but if you can meet there at least once a week it will be worth it.
I am also looking for a SP but north of the bay area so I can dirve there more often or meet at a halfway point. I did drived to SJ for review for CS.
