hi to everyone first i want to thank everyone in this forum for their help, and i want to share my experience in philadelphia. first i took the exam in houston and failed the CIS but passed the other parts.back then i prepared only with the UW and for a week or so with no partner. the problem was i focused on doing the examination part and tried to figure out the right diagnosis and i did not talk much with them ...so i failed...in philadelphia i prepared for 3 days and no partner too maybe but this time with the first aid and i decided to talk as much as i can , and this how i passed, i talked with the SPs and eye contact and kept asking questions and try to give them advices and the clinical examination was the last thing to do i did not even do any neurological examination and the palpation and auscultation was minimum and very fast but always talking and make them talk and smile...this my humble experience ....or maybe i was lucky ...i mean after lunch i was a kind dizzy ( i ate too much..) so i sat down and took my time talking to the next patient and always waiting for them to ask the question and i tried to answer sometimes i repeated myself and make sure they understood me
good luck to everyone....my journey in the US is over now i passed everything and i might or i might not stay here......so for now back to germany or swizterland ...thanks for everyone in this forum who helped and they did help.....
