K meq/l 4 50
glucose mg/dl 100 0
creatinine mg/dl 1 100
p-aminohippuric acid mg/ml 0.1 50

urine flow 1ml/min, ask for filtration fraction

Not sure I can understand the values listed like creatine 1 100 and PAH 0.1 50. But here is a way to figure this out.

FF = GFR/RPF

RPF = Concentration PAH

GFR = Creatine clearance

Hope this helps

GFR= creatinine clearance=1x1/0.001=100 ml/min

RPF= PAH clearance=50x1/0.1=500 ml/min

FF= GFR/RPF= 100/500=0.2
