An elderly lady admitted for lowback ache ,malaise and fever .On the day of admission fundoscopic exam. was normal ,but on second day fundoscopy shows multiple small white spots surrounded by hemorrhage on both retinas.This opthalmologic findings suggest what diagnosis ?
