programs that are willing to sponsor an H1-B usually can afford to wait for you taking Step 3, in order to get you the best possible visa option.

thanks farnsworth...thats my major delimma!!! I can be ready by mid april for my exam....my result will come in mid may...can they wait till that extent...I'm freaking out!
tomorrow will get to know which prog I matched in...but too anxious to wait till tomorrow...do u have any idea if taking exam in mid april will save my life?

premium processing takes 15 days. You might have to pay for it but its worth it.

yes I know about the premium processing..but everyone pays for that...even if u have step3 they take that amount coz it takes them less time then..thats what I heard..and they say 15 days but that actually takes more than a month ... but I am ready to pay anything...lets see tomorrow...

Congrats to all who matched.i am entering a fellowship and need to pass step 3.
Hope I get H1 and the job.
I want to know if I do UW, then Do I need to do Kaplan Q bank ? Do I need to do NMS?
What about IM Q Dr. Fischer?

I am scoring in 50s or 60s...I dont want to fail again  ((..it seems Im so poor still..Why?? what can I do..I cant read big big books at this hour..PLZ GOD give me strength to IMPROVe and PLZ show me the way to improve

took xam date 15th 16th april.
getting breathless.
Time to revise my schedule.
Material left to go over--->
1) pedia Ck kaplan notes ( 2days)
2) Obgyn Ck kaplan notes(1days)
3) Pedia and Obgyn UW ck notes ( 1day)
4) Remaining IM UW CK notes (1 day)
5) Swanson revision for geriatrics( 1day)
6 days used so far!!
FA with ccs cases (7days)
Above all should be done by 6th April.
7th april- NBME 
8th april -13th april-- UW in timed mode...as many blocks as I can...Im not sure will finish it.
Im so scared...it seems impossible for me. Im just worried about ccs...as they were good in my first attempt so kind of neglected them...now so less time.

Finished CVS ccs cases. Now doing the GI!
have lots of paper work also on my way ..the contract and all...am so excited about my residency too..so many distractions!
moreover I heard that now adays step3 result is being delayed due to media clips.( thats really bad news for me! 6weeks..that will be alot! I cant prepone my exam..but will surely try!
