Hi Folks !
First of all , I must thank you for your moral support while I wasn t active in the forum . Vacation in Haiti was fine , I had a great time with my family and friends after almost 10 years without seing them . That was a great quality time 
On the other hands , you dont have to be a rocket scientist to guess that my step 3 prep was on the line while I was vacationing . You bet it was . I barely studied 2 hours a day  but I had fun like crazy aaahahahhah
I came in NY step 4th , I took NBME Step 3 sept 6 and I scored 320 . Yeah , I sucked big time . No need to tell you that I had to cancel my test whitch was gonna be tomorrown sept 9 and 10 . Of course I had to pay a BIG FEE for that but I did not have no choice , with that score on NBME , I would unequivocally fail the test .
I alse applied for the match on sept 2 nd , one rejection , no IV yet .
So , MORALE OF THE STORY : I am back with my prep one more time
IT S TIME TO BE REALLY REALLY STRONG
I am starting with KAPLAN DVD this time

I think the best way to get good at multiple choices questions is to do a lot, and I mean a LOT of them. Preparing for step 1 and 2 I dedicated at least 70% of study time at test simulations on KAPLAN and UW. I'm doing the same thing for step 3. The only difference is CCS which I'm planning on doing the last month mainly.

New month , new mentality and harder work .
I still don t have a freaking interview yet . I am not gonna roll my self and die over this . Life goes on. The only thing I can do is WAIT and PRAY for the best .
In the menatime , I ll keep preparing for step 3 , today I will:
1 ) Do questions
2 ) Listen to DVD Kaplan
3 ) Do CCS 5 cases
