Thanks all of you for your good wishes.
I am back from Day 1 of exam...very exhausted!!
dont know whata to write...quest are not easy! ....I managed time well this time...time management is challenging too...i just did my best...rest is upto god! But i keep feelling I wish i did more questions...but i could not prepare for any longer as I was SICK of it.
I just need to pass...this feelling makes me feel good...but just passing in step3 is not an easy thing either!
I actually dont care now..if I pass I will be so happy..otherwise I will be happy too.
will write more in detail later...now Im going to revise some CCS and sleep sound then...

I am glad that you ve managed to finish the first day . I imagine how stressfull it could be after all this long road . I hope God will give you the strenght to end the road with glory .

Last night , I did 5 CCS cases and today I did a block of UW , things are still not going smooth for me , but I gotta keep trying .
I will do 5 CCS today .

thanks friends. Did few CCS..it seems that I cant remember my orders...or may be Im too tired...Now Im going to bed and will pray for tomorrow. I'm so scared..i have faced failure and i know how it feels like when u miss the train just by few seconds!..I keep getting frightening thoughts...I never want to take this exam again..plz god help me pass.
See you guys tomorrow evening after my exam. study hard and pass it in ONE go! Please pray for me.

nikki, you're gonna come out of it with flying colors, I prayed for you and me l'm sure we will fight this battle of nerves. AND YES BE HAPPY NO MATTER WHAT THE RESULT IS. I'm sure you wud have done excellent and now you deserve a break, and a celebration of your match success.

redddd oh I am back my dear....i was so frightened on my first day and kept remembering my family in my thoughts while in the cab to the center. Then I thought about you too and that gave me lot of strength. You know how it feels when your hopes are broken ...It was a trauma for me ...I will pray for both of us that we pass through...
Syra and others study hard and do it once and for all...its a mental torture to take long in doing it believe me.
I got 2-3 very weird ccs..one of them could not even make diagnosis ...
the questions of 2nd day were longer and time management was harder in second day...I was rushing from the very beginning of the block till end to be able to answer all of them!
some quest are very easy..like 25%..25% require thinking and rest are vague...
Just hope to pass...all i can say is CK books are just to go quickly over...but to prepare for step 3 its imp to do many many quest...I wish i could do more...If i pass I'll say i just did enough.
after such a ahorrible NBME score I worked so hard for 2 weeks...so hope to pass. Please God free me of all this.
I really want to enjoy now and take good rest..Im not thinking about the result .
