bbb, the doctor I have been working with in the past 4 months is willing to write a very strong letter to the PD in the program I am most interested in.
He wrote a letter after I worked with him for one month, strong letter but not super strong. Now he would like to help me more... This letter will be specifically addressed to the program I am most intersted in. My question:
1. do you think it will be helpful or harmful ? I worry that PDs don't like this kind of letter outside of ERAS.
2. do you think it is approriate to mention my strong interest in that program in his letter ? He asked me to decide on this point. I have no clue.....
