2.Is the bacterial dna circular and helical or just circular
3.why do we call 3` to 5` exonuclease. Is the polymerase actually moving from 3` to wards the 5 prime to remove the nucleotides
4.why cant the dna polymerase synthesize 2 leading strands .why does it synthesize okazaki fragments .if the dna polymerase that synthesizes leading strand and the dna polymerase that synthesize okazaki have the same structur as enzymes why is one able to make a leading and the other not ???
