Programs have a deadline of submitting their final number to put in the match at midnight. So if a program has 12 total spots, and they offered 2 prematches (which were accepted and stayed accepted), they know that they will put 10 spots in the match.

As bbb said no chance of a prematch now.... sit back, try to relax, work or study hard and pray, trust in the fact that God has a plan and be satisfied with all your hard work knowing that you did all that was in your hands and be patient....that's all there is until the match... best of luck!!

send follow up letter to PD's saying you are very interested in their programs..... I heard from 2 PDs that this or that candidate kept their interest and got in....
other thing to do would be to start participating in research....if interested in a fellowship..(now we have more time, than we will during residency) ..and applying to observerships - externships (just in case) positions fill pretty quickly... it would also be useful if you want to get some experience before starting internship and you don't have any...
Anything you do will be good for your CV now or later....

Also I wanted to know, do we have to be here in US on the day of match.......
or can we go back to our home country.....
Sure you can go home! Then when you find out that you matched, email your new PC - let the program know how happy you are, and party with your friends and family!!
